We want you to love your Superdry gear, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
